New Volvo ES90 draws inspiration from Polestar 2

Volvo has introduced the new fully electric ES90, a vehicle that aims to redefine the boundaries between sedans, fastbacks, and SUVs. This model combines the elegance of a sedan with the adaptability of a fastback and the spaciousness of an SUV, creating a versatile option for consumers seeking both comfort and functionality.

The ES90 is built on advanced core computing technology, offering significant improvements over previous models. It is the first Volvo to utilize 800V technology, which enhances its range and charging speed. The vehicle is designed with safety as a priority, integrating Volvo’s renowned safety features into its overall design.

Currently available for order in select markets, the ES90 joins the lineup of fully electric models from Volvo, which includes the EX90, EM90, EX40, EC40, and EX30. According to CEO Jim Rowan, “The Volvo ES90 combines our most advanced technologies with Scandinavian design and superior comfort, creating a true premium Volvo car designed to elevate your quality of life.”

The ES90 features a distinctive profile with a slightly elevated ride height, improving visibility for the driver. Its aerodynamic design contributes to efficiency, while the interior offers ample space, including a cargo area that can expand significantly when the rear seats are folded down.

The vehicle is equipped with a new infotainment system that integrates Google services, providing drivers with essential information and entertainment options.
