Kia America has announced pricing and key updates for the refreshed 2025 EV6 lineup. The new model year brings changes to exterior and interior styling, upgraded technology, and repackaged trim levels, while also expanding U.S. production to Kia’s plant in West Point, Georgia for all models except the GT.
The 2025 EV6 now starts at $42,900 for the base Light trim, excluding a $1,475 destination fee. The lineup includes a total of eight variants, with the high-performance EV6 GT topping out at $63,800. New trim options include Light Long Range RWD and AWD, offering expanded battery choices and configurations.
Design updates for 2025 include Kia’s signature Star Map LED lighting, revised front and rear bumpers, new three-dimensional taillights, and updated wheel designs. The profile is further enhanced by new side sill moldings and angular front-end styling.

Battery improvements include a larger 63.0 kWh pack for the base Light trim and an 84.0 kWh long-range battery in the Light Long Range models, which Kia estimates will provide up to 319 miles of range in RWD form. The EV6 also now adopts the North American Charging Standard (NACS) and has a relocated charging port on most trims for better convenience at public chargers.
Inside, the 2025 EV6 features a dual 12.3-inch digital display setup that includes the instrument cluster and infotainment screen. Select trims offer an optional Tech Package that adds advanced driver assistance systems such as a Surround View Monitor and Blind-Spot View Monitor. Kia’s new Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) system is also included, enabling over-the-air updates, streaming, and Wi-Fi hotspot capabilities. Automatic pop-out exterior door handles are now standard.
The EV6 GT continues to offer high performance with 601 horsepower, or up to 641 hp in GT mode. It also adds a Virtual Gear Shift feature, simulating gear changes with visuals, sound, and tactile feedback.
The 2025 EV6 is now partially assembled in the U.S., with all trims except the GT produced at Kia’s Georgia plant.
