With 2021 Woodward Dream Cruise festivities underway, the title sponsor Ford is in the business of making news. Today they debuted a new appearance package for the Mach-E (and standard Mustang). Called the Ice White Edition Appearance Package, it’s the first time a white on white has been offered on Mach-E, and is a retro throwback as the first white on white Mustang in 28 years.
An Oxford White pony badge helps contrast the Star White Metallic Tri-Coat exterior paint. The mirror caps are also painted in Star White. Rounding out the white exterior are 19-inch machined-face aluminum wheels with the pockets painted in Oxford White.
Like we said, this Mustang is white.
The interior is Light Space Gray, which in person comes off as a fairly white color. The seats, center console, and door arm rests are wrapped in the color. The instrument panel is Bright Silver and hexagonal patterned. Rounding out the color scheme is an Oxford White pony badge on the steering wheel.
“Mustang has always had the power to attract attention on the road, but the new Mustang Ice White Edition could — just like the original ’93 Triple White Fox body feature Mustang — become
one of the hot collectibles of future generations,” said Jim Owens, Mustang brand marketing manager.
The appearance package will be available on Mach-E Premium models, and will be in showrooms starting next year. Pricing is not currently available.
